What is situating tool?
It is a virtual reality environment. Situating tools are systems or applications which situate users in an environment where they may experience the context and happening. Situating tools are virtual realities, 3D computer-simulated images experiential learning environments, simulation, and instructional games. Situating tools provide students to conceptualize the ideas of the real world by integrating the theories into the practical applications of real-world situations. Example: Graphical and GeoGebra
Why do we need situating tools in the classroom?

How do we integrate situating tool in teaching and learning?
- Experience of virtual reality environment using Google earth of the visiting place and knowing about the world
- Calculate the distance of the place using google earth
- Using educational software such as graphic calc and GeoGebra
- Using simulation games for the feel of the experience.
